A major credit
card is required to confirm your
reservation. We will hold your reservation
with your credit card until 10 days prior to
arrival. Should you need to cancel within
this time period, a $25 administrative
processing fee would apply. 10 days prior to
your arrival, your reservation will be
billed in full to your credit card provided
for our use. Or, you may instead send a
check to be received 10 days or more prior
to your arrival date. Should you need to
cancel within 10 days of your arrival, your
payment will be refunded less one night of
lodging and tax.
Holiday
Reservations for Christmas - New Year
Reservations for the holiday period of
between Christmas and New Year's Day require
full prepayment 30 days in advance of your
arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days
are non-refundable.
Reservations made without a valid credit
card are considered unconfirmed.
Pet Policy
Chateau
LeVeaux welcomes pets in designated
pet-friendly units. Pets must be leashed
at all times when traveling about the
property, indoors or out. PETS MAY NOT
BE LEFT UNATTENDED FOR ANY LENGTH OF
TIME ON SITE AT CHATEAU LEVEAUX. Our pet
exercise area is located between our
building and Highway 61. We ask that you
show courtesy in picking up after your
pet. There is a $10 per night per pet
charge added to the nightly rate. A
maximum of 2 pets per pet unit is
allowed. Bringing a pet into a non pet
room will result in a $100 charge per
pet.
Smoking Policy
Currently
Chateau LeVeaux only has 1 smoking
allowed condo. Upon your departure all
rooms are checked for damage. If we find
you have smoked in a non smoking room
you will be charged a $100 fee plus any
extra cleaning costs.
